Each of the morning or the afternoon oral presentation sessions lasts 2 hours and includes six technical papers which require strict adherence to the time limits for presenting the papers.
This discipline assures that everyone has a fair chance to present the article and to answer questions. It is the job of the Session Chair to keep up to the time and to maintain the schedule. Each paper is allowed:

  • 2 Minute for speaker introduction

  • 5 Minutes for questions and answers.

Please plan your presentation accordingly!
Each room will be equipped with computer projection system. All presentation must be transferred to the computer available in the room. Please bring your slides on a memory stick or a CD. The room staff of the secretariat will help you to upload your paper.
Please arrive in the room 10 minutes before the start of you session and give a very short introduction biography to the chairman of the session (in order to present you briefly and correctly).
Please make sure you use a very high quality slides, that include large, visible fonts, good graphics and sharp colouring. Please do not use small size text or hand written material on you slides.
